Screen colors

On-screen color presentation is adversely affected by the physical characteristics of the monitor. In particular LCD screens tend to have a limited color response.

In any case, even with high quality monitors, screen colors are quite different from the colors of a painted medium or a coated support.

Therefore the displayed color, no matter how good its quality may be, should be considered only as a reference, never identical to "real-life" color.

We strongly recommend to perform a color calibration of your monitor. This allows a better color representation and a more precise color perception across different display technologies.

Within the application all displayed colors are calculated based on the sRGB color space (Standard RGB).
