This function allows to generated a new, empty ColorQ3 file.
A file selection windows will appear to select the new file name. Only valid ColorQ3 files with .CQ3 extension can be selected. The application automatically append the correct file extension if it's missed.
If a file is already active on the application, before proceeding, the operator is prompted for saving the changes introduced during the current working session. If no changes has been introduced the function proceeds automatically.
